Negro and Mila House
This is a 90-m2 house built at the end of a garden of an already existing residence, for Mila and “El Negro” Ojeda. The house’s program is developed around a tree; its heart is a small patio with an ash tree. A single low cost structural material was used as a design proposal: the sand colored cement and the iron window frames are the construction’s main elements. The house transforms the garden into a room and flaunts its slow scale.
